Your contact information will never be shared with anybody for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, short of a court order directing such. You will never receive spam, nor will you be signed up for anything, nor will your address be broadcast in any manner as a result of contacting EZLOGIC via the contact form.

In addition, our Web server automatically recognizes the visitor's IP address, the page being visited, the time spent on that page, the page from which the visitor came, the browser being used, the device on which that browser is running (such as an iPad or a mobile phone), and (possibly) the user's general geographic location (from the IP address provided by the user's Internet Service Provider), but not the visitor's e-mail address, phone number, name, or any other personally-identifying information.

The only way we would receive any of these personally-identifying information would be for the visitor to contact us and provide this information to us directly, such as by sending a message via the site's contact form. As mentioned, none of this information is ever shared with anyone outside of the EZ Tutorials Team nor with any third-parties.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. If you are concerned about how your information is used, please check back at our Web site periodically.

Users may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by e-mailing us at the above address or using our contact form. Furthermore, should they to have their information updated or corrected, they may send us an email through the address provided.

We often hear laments from the educational community about how the Internet has made plagiarism easier to commit. Sadly we find that we must agree: Educators have plagiarised online lessons any number of times, frequently for profit, such as appears to be the case with many instructors at CourseHero.com, Scribd.com, and Quizlet.com, among so many others. In line with these, this "Terms of Use" page has been created in hopes of clarifying the issues involved.

The content of the lessons posted to the EZLOGIC website (except for the images), is the copyrighted property of Wayne Dayata. While the lessons have been created as a labor of love and are designed to help struggling students find success through the CS courses, EZLOGIC and its other companion websites are not "in the public domain", and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Students are welcome to print out EZ Tutorial content for their own private use but shall not be published nor distributed commercially. The same shall also apply to users with ongoing direct tutorial services with the EZ Tutorial team, covering all the materials (lessons and exercises) being shared throughout the sessions.
2. Users may quote short portions of EZ Tutorial content, where said quotation should be properly and completely cited.
3. Users may link directly either to the lessons index and also to specific lessons. If one links directly to a lesson, this linking is to be supplemental to, rather than a replacement of, one's own teaching. Users shall not, in any way, claim any content within the website as their own.
4. EZLOGIC and its companion websites may not be downloaded/ "imported" and edited, incorporated into any other product, or installed in other web servers without prior authorization by the developer.

By accessing any page on EZLOGIC other than this one and its home page, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. Violators of any of these terms shall be apprehended accordingly by law.
